What is your production and delivery turnaround time?

Manufacture time varies from product to product, from 1-3 working days for small items and banners to 5-10 working days for extra large banners and large lightboxes. Added to that is the courier delivery time which is dependent on which production base your item was made at, though it generally takes maximum 4 working days.

How much does delivery cost?

Courier delivery cost is dependent on the weight of your product. Please see product pages for detailed delivery costs.

Which methods of payment do you accept?

We accept online and PayPal payments as well as bank transfers.

Where can I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order simply log in to your client panel on our website and view “existing orders”.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We supply all the United Kingdom mainland within our Standard Postage rules. For courier delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Scilly Isles, Scottish Islands as well as all countries within the European Union please contact us for a specific quote.

How can I supply my artwork?

You can either upload your artwork via the customer portal after checking out or email your artwork to info@ecomedia24.co.uk Alternatively you can also send it to us using wetransfer.com.

Which file formats do you accept?

We prefer .pdf, .psd (Adobe Photoshop), .ai (Adobe Illustrator) or similar design program original files. However, we also accept .png, .jpg, .tiff and .gif files, provided that they match our Design Specifications.

I’m not sure if I can install the lightbox by myself, do you provide technical help?

We can provide all detailed instructions regarding installation of all the products for most environments and situations. We are however unable to provide an installation service at this time. We recommend hiring trained professionals if your product needs to be installed at height or if it needs to be connected to the power circuit.

Can I return my order?

Should your order have a manufacturing or printing fault or transportation damage, returns will definitely be accepted. However we will not accept returns or cancellations on already printed orders once you have approved your artwork for print. It is every client’s responsibility to ensure that your design is in accordance with our Design Specifications.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Pick up in person is not available at this time.
